- Usage and device data. Log data such as IP address, browser type, session duration, and error reports that help us secure and maintain the Service.
- Provide the Service, including scanning official DHS/CBP portals and dispatching notifications.

- Infrastructure providers. External cloud hosting and database vendors keep the Service available with redundant storage, encryption, and access controls.

- Analytics and monitoring. Logs and metrics may be processed by observability tools to detect outages or abuse.
- Legal requirements. We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights and users.
We do not sell personal data.
We use essential cookies and local storage to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and secure forms. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

Account and notification data is retained while your account is active and for up to two years after your last activity to support audit, tax, and fraud-prevention requirements. We delete or anonymize information sooner if you request it and no longer need it for legal purposes.
