1. Scope and Responsible Entity
Who we are and when this policy applies.

This Privacy Policy explains how GlobalEntrySlots ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit our website, create an account, purchase monitoring plans, or otherwise interact with our products (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service you consent to the practices described here.

2. Information We Collect
Details about the data categories we handle.
  • Account information. Name, email address, hashed passwords, and authentication tokens needed to create and secure your account.
  • Notification preferences. Appointment locations, date ranges, Trusted Traveler Program selections, SMS number, push token, and other criteria you save so we can send timely alerts.
  • Transaction information. Billing amount, plan purchased, limited payment metadata (through our payment processor), and refund history.
  • Communications. Support requests, survey responses, and other messages you send to us.
  • Usage and device data. Log data such as IP address, browser type, session duration, and error reports that help us secure and maintain the Service.
3. How We Use Information
Why we process personal data.
  • Provide the Service, including scanning official DHS/CBP portals and dispatching notifications.
  • Authenticate you, maintain account security, and investigate suspicious activity.
  • Process payments, issue receipts, and manage support tickets.
  • Improve performance through analytics, debugging, and feature development.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
4. Legal Basis
Grounds under which we process data.

We rely on your consent (for marketing messages and optional notifications), contractual necessity (to deliver purchased plans), and our legitimate interest in improving and protecting the Service. Where required by law we will obtain additional consent or offer opt-out mechanisms.

5. How We Share Information
Service providers and other disclosures.
  • Infrastructure providers. External cloud hosting and database vendors keep the Service available with redundant storage, encryption, and access controls.
  • Notification vendors. SMS, voice, and push notifications are routed through trusted communications providers strictly to deliver alerts you requested.
  • Payment processors. Stripe, our PCI-compliant payment processor, handles card details securely. We receive only tokenized references and transaction results. For more information, see Stripe's Privacy Policy.
  • Analytics and monitoring. Logs and metrics may be processed by observability tools to detect outages or abuse.
  • Legal requirements. We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights and users.

We do not sell personal data.

6. Cookies and Tracking
How we use browser storage.

We use essential cookies and local storage to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and secure forms. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

We also use third-party analytics tools, including Google Analytics, to measure overall traffic and Contentsquare to understand how visitors interact with our pages, such as clicks, scrolling, and navigation patterns. These providers may set their own cookies or collect similar data through our site. For more information, please see Google's Privacy Policy and Contentsquare's Privacy Center.

7. Data Retention
How long information is kept.

Account and notification data is retained while your account is active and for up to two years after your last activity to support audit, tax, and fraud-prevention requirements. We delete or anonymize information sooner if you request it and no longer need it for legal purposes.

8. Security
Safeguards we employ.

Data is encrypted in transit via TLS and at rest within our managed infrastructure. We restrict employee access through least-privilege roles, audit access logs, and regularly update dependencies. No method of transmission is 100% secure, but we continuously monitor for vulnerabilities.

9. Your Choices
Ways to control your information.
  • Update profile details and preferences inside the dashboard.
  • Opt out of SMS or email alerts via the communication itself or within settings.
  • Request deletion of your account by emailing support@globalentryslots.com.
  • Export a copy of your data by submitting a support ticket.
10. Children’s Privacy
Policy for minors.

The Service is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a minor has provided information, contact us so we can delete it promptly.

11. Changes to this Policy
How updates will be communicated.

We may revise this Privacy Policy to reflect new features or regulatory requirements. Material changes will be highlighted on this page and, when feasible, communicated via email. Continued use after updates take effect signifies acceptance.
