Terms of Service

GlobalEntrySlots ("GlobalEntrySlots," "we," "our," or "us") provides software that monitors official appointment systems and alerts you when earlier interview times become available. By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or accessing any portion of the Service you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
We may update these Terms to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory changes. The most recent version is always posted on this page, and continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
The Service continuously scans publicly available Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and Customs and Border Protection (CBP) appointment portals for Global Entry and Nexus interviews. When openings match your saved preferences we send alerts so you can book directly with the relevant government website. We do not create appointments, alter government systems, or guarantee availability.
GlobalEntrySlots presents data for informational purposes only. Official schedules can change without notice, and we are not responsible for inaccuracies, delays, or other issues with data fetched from government systems. Always verify times and requirements on the official DHS or CBP portals before traveling or making decisions. You remain responsible for meeting all DHS/CBP requirements and for completing the actual booking process on official portals.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering agreements in your jurisdiction to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your contact details current, and maintain the confidentiality of your credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Plans listed on our pricing page are one-time purchases—nothing auto-renews. Charges are processed securely through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers. Taxes may apply based on your billing location.
Because scans begin immediately, all sales are final once monitoring starts. Still, every plan includes a 30-day satisfaction guarantee: if you're unhappy for any reason within 30 days of your purchase date, we'll issue a full refund in line with our Refund Policy. We honor one refund per account to prevent abuse. In the rare case we cannot initiate monitoring due to an internal failure, we will proactively refund or credit you as well.
By saving notification preferences you authorize GlobalEntrySlots to collect, process, and store the information you submit—such as locations of interest, interview date ranges, email, SMS number, and push device tokens—to deliver notifications and maintain an audit trail of alerts sent. Data is stored securely and retained only as long as necessary to operate the Service or meet legal requirements. Additional detail is provided in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
SMS Terms: By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to SMS notifications, you consent to receive text messages from GlobalEntrySlots regarding appointment availability alerts. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on appointment availability. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. You can also email support@globalentryslots.com.
When using GlobalEntrySlots you agree not to:
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service, underlying infrastructure, or other users.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or copy our code, interfaces, or data outside permitted APIs.
- Use automated tools that impose unreasonable load on government systems or on GlobalEntrySlots.
- Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, databases, or administrative tools.
- Use alerts for fraudulent purposes or to resell appointment times.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these requirements or applicable laws.
We continually tune scanners, notification queues, and infrastructure. Features may change, beta tools may be withdrawn, and maintenance windows may occur without notice. We are not responsible for outages, rate limits, or changes introduced by DHS, CBP, or other third parties.
All software, designs, copy, and trademarks made available through the Service belong to GlobalEntrySlots or its licensors. You receive a limited, revocable license to use the Service for personal appointment monitoring. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any portion without prior written consent.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GlobalEntrySlots disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
GlobalEntrySlots, its employees, contractors, and suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including lost opportunities or travel costs, arising from use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable plan.
GlobalEntrySlots is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by DHS, CBP, U.S. Customs and Border Protection, the Department of Homeland Security, or any Trusted Traveler Program. All government trademarks and program names are used solely for descriptive purposes.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Wyoming for disputes arising out of or relating to the Service.
